Unemployment Rate Report Postponed

Saturday, October 5th, 2013

The government shutdown has forced the Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS) to postpone publishing its “Employment Situation Summary” for September, 2013.

Subsequently, Employee Rights Blog must also delay publishing its unemployment rate report for September. That’s because we base it on the information ordinarily provided by BLS.

Update: The current unemployment rate report is now available.

Employee Rights Blog will again publish its unemployment rate report as soon as the government shutdown ends and the BLS provides the necessary information.

Sorry if this causes you any inconvenience.
