The Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and the Great Place to Work Institute recently published a list of the “Best Small & Medium Companies to Work for in America”.
The two organizations jointly selected the top 25 small-size companies and the top 25 medium-size companies out of 321 total, based on the following criteria from employee input.
- Credibility
- Respect
- Fairness
- Pride
- Camaraderie
